About Us
The Let’s Make Music and Dance studio (located in Sea Cliff, New York) has proudly been serving the local area since 1975. Our vision of dance, music and performance is somewhat different than other studios in that you will always find an embracing, family-like environment upon entering our door.
Under the direction of Michele Drexler, our aim is to encourage the love of dance, and to provide the highest quality training for the aspiring dancer including grace, posture, coordination and musical appreciation.

Our students have performed in multiple arenas from sports venues to Disney World to local charity events.  Many of our students also gain great experience working with our mature and knowledgeable staff, as well as partaking in selective training groups such as the Rockette Summer Intensive program - many of our students have gone on to dance professionally, perform on Broadway and even open their own successful studios. We believe wholeheartedly in making each and every one of our dancers excel while feeling like a part of our family – and we of course encourage our students to have fun and feel good about themselves.

We are members of Dance Educators of America.

Thank you everyone for all the love and support you have shown for Mr. Jan Richard. We were completely overwhelmed. It was so wonderful to be surrounded by students and families past and present. He loved his Music and Dance family so very much, and was so proud to be a part of this community for over 40 years. He has left quite a legacy. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts.
